TODAY at Morrisville-Eaton Central School TODAY at Morrisville State College August 7th "Emancipation Day" will be celebrated from 10am to 4pm in Peterboro. Free program and BBQ picnic. More info call 315-684-9491. Morrisville Public Library August & September Programs Time Change The Friendship Inn recently announced a time change for their free dinners. They will be served from 5 to 6:30pm on Thursdays at St. Joan's church in Morrisville. No proof of income is required. Volunteers and donations are always appreciated. For more info, call Nettie Periard at 684-9636. Summer Hours at the Clothes Basket at the Morrisville Community Church. Open 10am to noon only on Saturdays through Labor day and Wednesday hours are the same, 10am to noon. Get your Cookbook! A new cookbook has been published called "Wildflowers and Silver Spoons." The books has 248 pages of delicious recipes from local people and is available at Dougherty's Pharmacy. They are $12 each or two for $20. Proceeds benefit Madison Hall.
